It has been an exciting year for IAL. We arranged two successful volunteer camps in Sweden and many new volunteers went on their first volunteer camp this summer. Maybe you were one of them? Did your volunteer camp give you a taste for more and would you like to meet other IAL/SCI people here at home in Sweden? Do you want to help plan for future camps? Are you curious about all the exciting collaboration projects and training that our international organization SCI arranges? Do you want to discuss how commitment to peace can be strengthened in a time of war and armament? Then you should come to IAL's inspiration meeting!

We will meet on January 24, 2026 in Stockholm.

On Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m., we will meet at Lotta Albrektson's home, who lives at Hornstull in Stockholm. We start with a vegetarian lunch together. Then we use the afternoon to get to know each other, learn more about IAL/SCI and brainstorm workcamps and projects that we would like to realise. Wiktoria, who has been to the conference: Youth Exchanges for Youth i Barcelona, ​​will share her impressions and thoughts. At 6 pm, those who want to continue and have dinner somewhere nearby. IAL offers lunch and also provides a travel allowance of 300 SEK per person to enable more people to participate. If you need help with accommodation, we can try to arrange a sofa to sleep on.
